Miguel Guillermo
CEO
Miguel holds a degree in Marketing and Commercial Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School. He also holds a Master of Real Estate from IE University.
Miguel started his professional career in 2006 at Cubic Real Estate. From 2006 to 2013 he worked at BNP. In 2013, Miguel joined CBRE where he spent 12 years. Since 2019 he was head of the CBRE “mid-market” sector at a national level.
In 2025, Miguel founded Blue Hunter Capital and has been a founding partner and chief executive officer ever since.
From the beginning of his professional career, Miguel has sourced and executed a wide range of complex and value-creating transactions.
Rodrigo Sánchez-Arjona
CAPITAL MARKETS
Rodrigo holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma of Madrid. In addition, Rodrigo completed 2 years of his degree at the University of Dauphine, Paris.
Prior to joining Blue Hunter Capital, he developed his professional career at CBRE where he participated in wide variety of transactions of the real estate capital markets sector, mainly in the Logistics and Self-storage segments.
Andrés Vivancos
MID MARKET & LEASING
Andrés Vivancos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). Since joining CBRE in 2019, he has built his career across various segments of the real estate sector, actively participating in transactions involving office, retail, and industrial/logistics assets.
In recent years, Andrés has specialized in the logistics market, developing and enhancing Capital Markets and Leasing services, which enables him to provide a comprehensive and strategic perspective of the sector. His career path has allowed him to establish strong relationships with investors, property owners, and logistics operators, delivering tailored solutions for each Project.
Javier Hazas
CAPITAL MARKETS & SUELO
Javier holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
Javier began his professional career in 2016 in Banco Santander. From 2017 to 2025 he worked in the Capital Markets department of CBRE.
He has extensive experience in advising both companies and institutional investors in buyside and sell side real estate transactions from different segments (Industrial and Logistics, Nursing Homes and Debt).
Antonio Muñoz
CAPITAL MARKETS & SUELO
Antonio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville and a Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led and overseen major projects and construction works for internationally recognized clients, including Amazon, Heineken, PepsiCo, Schweppes, Conforama, and Merlin Properties
